Established on June 1947 in Silang,Cavite Cavite Institute was founded by the late Elisea Kiamzon Belamide. Originally the school offered Dressmaking, Typing and Stenography. From the simple lessons it offered Cavite Institute immediately gained government recognition and officially became a secondary school whose primary concerns where to educate and develop the skills of out of school youths. Initially in the 70's and 80's Cavite Institute expanded it education curriculum offering seeking help from a few organizations and initially adding alternative agriculture to its basic curriculum. This act was also the start of the transformation of the school. Not only through its eduacation basis but its social concerns to its surroundings. The school relocated in October 1987 to Iba the school became CI Iba EKB Heights dedicated to the memory of its founder. Eventually the school provided scholarship to eight Mangyan students which initially graduated. These eventually caught the attention of many youths and also lots of people. Due to its learning curriculum and environment-friendly format Cavite Institute along with other organizations, the church and the government lead the First International Save the Earth Campaign in the Philippines (also called Earth Day) held on April 22 1989. After the events the school eventually showed improvements in education curriculum, not only that it strengthened its sport education. The school also cultivated medicinal plants and crops, giving birth to gardens with a wide variety of flora. Eventually in the period of the 1990's the school embraced Information Technology, this coupled with better facilities attracted a huge amount of students and parents. In the year 2002 Elisea School of Creative Learning was built with the introduction of the Multiple Intelligences format. This became a big step for the school as it offered Nursery-Kinder-Prep education and Elementary education. In the year 2006 the school eventually embraced Information Technology having computer connected. [1]
