Each unit has air conditioning, alarm clock radio, balcony, cable television and telephone. Guests will appreciate the convenience of a mini-kitchen with two-burner stove top, dishes, utensils, cookware, mini fridge and microwave oven. This hotel will begin renovating balconies in September 2006. The hotel assures that it will make every effort to minimize construction noise and related disturbance.
