- Location. Directly across the street from Big Kahuna's Water Park in Destin, Fla., Sterling Resorts - Emerald Towers offers a beachfront location with quick access to water rides, go-kart tracks and a miniature golf course. Many of Destin's fine seafood and chain restaurants are available nearby on Scenic Gulf Drive and one-half mile away on the Emerald Coast Parkway. Outlet shopping is available seven miles away at the Silver Sands Factory Stores, which is said to be the nation's largest designer outlet center with over 100 stores.
- Features. Sterling Resorts - Emerald Towers is a 15-story beachfront high-rise located in a 24-hour gated community. This resort offers private beach access and a freeform outdoor pool, heated seasonally. An on-site fitness center, two lighted tennis courts and complimentary unlimited DVD rentals are provided. Beach service is available in season.
- Guestrooms. The non-smoking condominiums at Sterling Resorts - Emerald Towers offer beach, safari, or contemporary decor with 1,100 square feet of living space.
