This oceanfront property is just steps from the beautiful sugar-white sandy beaches of Fort Walton Beach and is inbetween the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. The Island Sands is adjacent to the Eglin Air Force Base, and is less than two miles from the Gulfarium, featuring dolphin encounters, sea life shows, and live feeding demonstrations.The Island Sands is a three-story condominium complex with a boardwalk stretching to the beach.
