- Location. The Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa is poised on an ancient lava flow at the southern entrance to Keauhou Bay on the Big Island. Once the playground of Hawaiian royalty, Keauhou now beckons all travelers in search of unique Hawaiian vacations.
