- Hotel Features. The InterContinental Hotel Chicago features a four-story lobby with a grand staircase and cast-bronze ornamentation. The hotel's Zest restaurant overlooks downtown Chicago and serves regional cuisine that reflects continental influences. A Starbucks outlet offers breakfast and lunch items, and specialty coffees. The lobby bar serves Zest's menu selections. Eno offers local wine and cheese favorites. A total of 42,000 square feet of function space accommodates up to 1,000 people.
