T. Wingate Andrews High School is a public high school in High Point, North Carolina, part of the Guilford County school district. The school has an enrollment of 887 students[1] in grades 9 through 12. [1]
T. Wingate Andrews High School was opened in 1968 with Samuel E. Burford as its first principal. It took students from the former William Penn High School (now Penn-Griffin School for the Arts) and some from the High Point Central High School. [1]
The current principal is Rodney Wilds. Wilds replaced Monique Wallace, who was named Student Support Administrator for the Southeastern Region of Guilford County Schools in Greensboro. [1]
