Another name for Jinwar Nagar is Jinwar Colony and this colony houses eminent and affluent personalities as well as simple and peace loving people who have made this locality into serene and comfortable dwelling place. Jinwar nagar within its boundaries has a very famous temple known as 'BanShakti Devi Maa Mandir' and is a major tourist attraction in Chapra town.
