- 343 Ortigas Ave., Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. Located on what used to be green hills in a nice luxury subdivision off Ortigas Ave. just east of EDSA, but it has now become one of the most congested places in the city. Their web address is http://www.lsgh.edu.ph/ and offers a lot of information for any alumni, prospective student and current students.

- In 1956, the De La Salle Brothers of then De La Salle College Manila acquired a 6-hectare piece of land in the then undeveloped Green Hills area.
- In July 1959, La Salle Green Hills opened its door to two preparatory sections and one section each for grades one and two.
- In 1959, the National Shrine of the Divine Child was inaugurated
- On August 24, 1960, La Salle Green Hills, Inc. was registered as a non-stock, non-profit corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
- In March 1964, the first grade school class graduated from La Salle Green Hills.
- In August 1964, the high school was established.
- In 1967, the construction of a dome-shaped structure (eventually named the St. Benilde Hall) began. (Construction of the "well-known" and "most recognizable" building, nicknamed "siopao," was completed in 1969.)

- In 1978, Br Roly Dizon FSC organized the La Salle Green Hills Alumni Association.
- In 1979, the Adult Night High School which offers free Lasallian education to disadvantaged Filipinos was established.
- On October 28, 1979, UNO, the very first La Salle Green Hills Alumni Homecoming was held.
- During the 1984 (and 1986 elections), the Operations Quick Count of the National Movement for Free Elections (NAMFREL), which helped restore constitutional democracy in our country, was held in the St. Benilde Hall. (Since then, it has been used every six years for presidential election ballot counting by NAMFREL.)
- In 1995, the High School transferred to a building named in honor of Br Mutien-Marie FSC.
- On August 25, 1997, the five floors of the Br Mutien-Marie building (consisting of classrooms, offices, multi-purpose rooms, work areas, Cypersphere and reading area) were dedicated to the pioneer Brothers in La Salle Green Hills namely: Br. Alphonsus Bloemen, FSC for the ground floor, Br. Francis Cody FSC for the second floor, Br. Denis Ruhland, FSC for the third floor, Br. Hugh Damian Wester FSC for the fourth floor, Br. Mel Bock FSC for the fifth floor, Br. Peter Graves FSC for the Reading Area, Br. Vernon Poore FSC for the Science Laboratories.
- In 2001, a study hall was constructed attached to the St. Benilde Hall and was dedicated to the memory of the late Cesar A. Cruz, former High School Assistant Principal.
- On February 7, 2004, the La Salle Green Hills Alumni Association celebrated its 25th Alumni Homecoming.
- In 2004, the St. Joseph's Auditorium underwent a complete renovation and was renamed as the St. Joseph's Theater.
- On March 18, 2007, the St. Joseph's Theater was renamed Brother Rafael S. Donato Center for the Performing Arts (Br. Donato Center) in honor of the late De La Salle Brother. Watch the video shown during the re-dedication ceremony.
