Established in 1962, Madan Mohan Malaviya Engineering College is affiliated to the Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow. [1]
The departments of Civil Engineering ,Electrical Engineering and Mechnical Engineering were established in 1962, with the establishment of college.The department of Electronics & Communication Engineering was established in the year 1973.The Computer Sc. & Engg. Degree course at this college started from the academic session 1984—85.The center for Management Studies was established in 2001. [1]
The College is managed by a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act. No. XXI of 1960. The administration of the College and its affairs are controlled by Board of Governors of the Society. It admits 260 students annually to a total student body of 1040. Admission to the institute are through a national level entrance examination conducted by UP Technical University. [1]
