1. Lack of amenities. Why there's a if you want to play in the basketball court. 2. No telephone lines to call the front desk for any assistance. 3. Incomplete welcome drinks (bottled water & coffee). We still have to asked them. 4. A nice place but need to improve in a lot of area to be more competitive.
