Hestia, Goddess of the Earth, Daughter of Cronus and Rhea. She saw to it that the people of Olympus were well-entertained and well-fed and that the sacred fire of Olympus never died out.

In Chateau Hestia, we just do not give you a restaurant but we also give you a feeling that you are in your own home. In this 5,000 square meter property surrounded with lush greens, you can enjoy and entertain your own guests with our authentic European cuisine in a country-style but elegant setting.

It started with his travels all-over the world, his fondness to entertain his friends, his love for wine and good food . . . the result was a love affair . . .

Johannes Zehethofer, a native of Vienna, Austria, brings to the Filipinos this unique European experience by offering different dishes from his collection of recipes from all over and letting them be enjoyed with his carefully-chosen wines - all in a homey atmosphere where he personally hosts his guests.

Truly, like the Goddess' sacred fire, the experience never dies out!

Wine & Deli Shop

Wine & Deli Shop is now open. It is located at Brgy. 5, Pasong Langka, Silang, Cavite, just before you reach Mr. Moo and Leslie's coming from Sta. Rosa. It is surely a perfect place to shop for your wine, cold cuts, cheese and other groceries on your way up to Tagaytay while you sip our real Vienna coffee just like how you enjoyed it at our restaurant. Our store hours are:

  • Mondays thru Fridays 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays thru Sundays 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
