Waco is a city in and the county seat of McLennan County, Texas. The city has a 2007 estimated total population of 122,222. It is the 26th largest city by population in Texas, and 195th in the US. The Waco Metropolitan Statistical Area consists of McLennan County and has a population of 228,123.[1]
