The tenants of this building include Capitalife Lending, Buyacar Inc [3] (Used car dealership with loan facility), and Esquire Financing Inc [4] (Growth stage financier). CLI has become the premier provider of non-collateral loans in Metro Manila in just two years and is considered a pioneer on their handling of non-collateral personal loans. Frequent outreaches helping the community are done by the three companies together.

This building is nestled between PAG-IBIG and BIR government buildings on Buendia Avenue right across from RCBC Plaza, and next to Far Eastern University. The building has plenty of parking in the back through the Malugay St entrance and it is free for visitors.
