THE ALING LUCING SISIG STORY

What started out as a ?turo-turo? street food has now became a byword to food lovers in Pampanga as well as in the Philippines. Aling Lucing Sisig is available in almost SM, Robinsons, Metro Manila and provincial Nepo malls. The original Aling Lucing Sisig was invented by the spouses Aling Lucing and Apung Tino Cunanan at the ?Crossing? Valdez Street, Angeles City. The two initially used a ?kariton cart? to introduce their meat and barbeque at place near the foot of Balibago bridge. In 1972 they then transfer to the present site Angeles PNR train station. They rented a twelve square meter stand that initially served pork and chicken barbeque. For almost thirty years, the couple were happy at ?crossing? to all satisfied customers what they love doing best Pampanga style Sisig.
