The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) issued Caves Manpower a license (POEA¿095-LB-090106-R) to recruit, process, and deploy land-based workers to anywhere in the world in 2001. Its license was renewed in August 2006 and is valid until August 2010. Caves Manpower is under the management of highly trained recruitment consultants and specialists with decades of experience in the Philippines and in the Middle East. Under its new management, Caves Manpower commits to provide first-rate engineers, highly technical staff, medical and healthcare practitioners, hospitality, and other professionals in response to the requirements of companies based in the Middle East, North America, and the rest of the world
