I was quite disappointed that the house we rented was not as well maintained as I remember it some three years back. Although the unit looked newly painted, the flooring, the cabinets, the bathroom tiles look like they're due for changing anytime. - Agnes F. The villa and other amenities is not so well maintained. You can tell that it is really an old place with quite old equipments and furnishings. But still....housekeeping is superb. It's our 2nd tine to book the place. Our first time was great though we experienced power fluctuation at that time. That didn't stop us from re-visiting Forest Hills as I mentioned, our team enjoyed the place.

I was hoping that we will be billeted in another unit because of the power interruption we experienced, gladly no power interruption happened. But the AC unit needs to be filled with freon. It was so hot and even after it filled with the freon, we still feel that it was hotter than usual. They provided us with two units of electric fans. I felt that if the freon that was put it was not enough.

1) a renovation will be good as most of the fixtures are post-pinatubo

2) the plastic bottle collection behind unit 314 is very unsightly; even if the argument is segragation, this should be stored securely and not within sight of guests

We actually checked in very late (11PM to be exact). I used to go here

almost every weekends 3-4 years ago. When we entered the unit that was

reserved for us, it was old and not maintained well, CRs have cobwebs and

the overall CR facilities were obviously not maintained. Manny (the guy

who attended to us) was so kind to accommodate our requests but it was

only after he left when we saw the things that we didn't like.

The bathroom are not clean enough. There are dirty areas when we came in. I am particular with the dining utensils, though all are clean, the dish rack is not. Some kitchen drawers are with roach dirts.

All the bedrooms are clean.

The sofa in the living room has a unkept pillow ( the pillow's cover is damaged.

Cleanliness -- they could probably include a mop or rags so the visitors can probably clean up after themselves, since there are no service people who will clean up for the duration of the stay

  • they offered us Unit 330B. The unit was great, now with adequate airconditioning. It is situated next to the swimming pool, basketball court, offices, and convenience store. The staff at Forest View was really helpful and accommodating - Sir Rolly (Head of Housekeeping), Ms. Kris, Ms. Rochelle, and Ms. Rocel. The rooms are really old, and most units have inadequate airconditioning. The furniture was worn out and threadbare especially the Lazy Boy sets. It would be better if you add communication such as phones access to front desk and please improve access of wifi internet since all of prepaid connections have difficulty to connect via 3G. Only Hsdpa/edge are accesssible. - "Edmund A." March 2010
