Trimark was established in 2005 primarily to act as a holding company of various retailing businesses involving Fashion Apparels, Restaurants, and Health Clubs. More specifically, Trimark is the Philippine franchise/license holder of sixteen (16) internationally known Fashion & Accessories Labels, five (5) restaurant chains, two (2) Beauty Centers, and a world-renown Fitness Center. It has a store network of over 290 branches situated in well-known malls and commercial centers nationwide, and a total manpower complement of over 3,800.
