    • Lumbia Airport (IATA: CGY, ICAO: RPML), also known as Cagayan de Oro Airport, is an airport serving the general area of the city of Cagayan de Oro, located in the province of Misamis Oriental in the Philippines. It is the currently Mindanao's third busiest airport after Zamboanga International Airport in Zamboanga, Francisco Bangoy International Airport in Davao. It is also the only airport in Misamis Oriental. The airport is classified as a trunkline airport, or a major commercial domestic airport, by the Air Transportation Office, a body of the Department of Transportation and Communications that is responsible for the operations of not only this airport but also of all other airports in the Philippines except the major international airports.[1]
    • The airport takes its name from its location, Barangay Lumbia in Cagayan de Oro. Although no timetable has been given, this airport is set to be replaced by the larger Laguindingan International Airport, currently under construction (will be finished in 2010)in the municipality of Laguindingan, some 46 kilometers southwest of Cagayan de Oro.[1]
