- Location. The Exchange Hotel in New York, N.Y. is located in the South Seaport Street district, east of Lower Manhattan's Financial District. The hotel is three blocks from the South Street Seaport Historic District and Museum. Four blocks west of the hotel are the New York Stock Exchange and Wall Street Financial District.
- Hotel Features. The eight-story hotel's interior features crimson and oatmeal hues, accented by espresso-stained wood. The Exchange Lounge, located off the lobby, boasts a daily happy hour. The hotel offers complimentary wireless Internet access. Access to the New York Sports Club fitness center, three blocks from the hotel, is available for a fee.
- Guestrooms. The 53 guestrooms include accent walls in crimson or espresso and floors covered in a puzzle of swirled nutmeg- and oatmeal-colored carpet squares.
