- Location. A Bohemian legend, the Gramercy Park Hotel, rises above Lexington Avenue in New York, N.Y. The hotel is across the street from Gramercy Park. New York City's Greenwich Village is eight blocks away. This high-rise hotel is located one block from Theodore Roosevelt's birthplace. Union Square is four blocks from the hotel.
