* (Rizal Avenue). This church in bustling San Pablo City is an exponent of neo-classical architecture. Built in 1774, it is an Augustinian piece of architecture that used to house a good collection of silver jewels, pewter candlesticks, and altar silverware. It is designed simply, with Doric coupled columns and a unique podium with inter-locking triangular and segmented arches. It has decorative bound windows and a four-storey octagonal bell tower with alternating blank and open windows.<br />
