- Shangri-la Mactan is the best! Quite expensive compared to other available hotels but you're paying for quality, 5 star service and amenities, the experience more than makes up for the extra price. The staff are always friendly and courteous and the room and facilities are fantastic. The breakfast buffet alone is worth the extra money! - V. Yu
