Maktab Rendah Sains Mara (MRSM) or MARA Junior Science College is an institution created by Majlis Amanah Rakyat (Malay: ndigenous People's Trust Council; commonly abbreviated as MARA), a Malaysian government agency. The purpose of the institution is to help provide better learning facilities for bright malay students in local schools throughout Malaysia. MRSM benefits mostly bright students especially from the rural areas in Malaysia. This is mainly because most rural schools in Malaysia didn't have enough learning facilities and infrastructures to help its successful and bright students full of potential. ^[1]
