CyberOne started out in 1995 as an Australian-based Internet service provider (ISP). In 2006 CyberOne decided establish an offshore call center in Makati City, Philippines. Fast forward to five years: As of March 2010, CyberOne¿s Philippine office has hit the ground running and is now delivering its services to other Australian ISPs.
