The REDOBLE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is a real estate company specializing in the development of memorial properties. Established in February 28, 2000 RDC has embarked in several projects in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Its first project, The Columbary, is a joint venture project with the Augustinian Fathers. It is located inside the lush gardens of the San Agustin Seminary Campus in Fisheries Street, Visayas Avenue, Quezon City. This Columbary and Chapel development with a land area of 1.7 hectares houses 35,000 vaults . To date, The Columbary has more than 2 Billion Pesos worth of salable inventory. The Skyline Garden Columbary in Busay, Cebu City, is a joint venture between RDC and with EMRO International. Situated on top of a mountain, 2,000 feet above sea level, this chapel, botanical garden and columbarium is overlooking Cebu City. With a lighted, hundred foot spire, The Skyline Garden Columbary will become a landmark of the Cebuano landscape.
