- Location. The Peabody Little Rock (Ark.) is the newest addition to the famed Peabody Group of hotels and is located in the downtown area's River Market District, just 10 miles from Little Rock National Airport. The Peabody Little Rock is perched on the banks of the Arkansas River, within walking distance of the Old State House, Arkansas' first Capitol building, and the River Market District.
