Coconut Creek High School (CCHS) is a public school in Broward County located in Coconut Creek, Florida. They are home to the Cougars. The school has five sections inside of it. These sections include: B.A.S.E (Believing & Achieving Success in Education), Foundations, Vision Quest, Global Academy, and Outward Bound. The school's mascot is the Cougar. They have their champion football team and their Marching Cougar Band. The current principal is Eugene Butler Jr. The school's colors are Garnet and Gold. John D'Aquino (from Cory in the House, President Martinez) graduated from Coconut Creek High School in 1976. Dean Pressley has been awarded a Critic's Choice two years running for Thespian District Competition. Their Thespian troupe number is 2617. The current amount of enrolled students as of August 2007 is 2,169. [1]
