- Location. The Mediterranean-inspired Biltmore Hotel-Coral Gables stands 15-stories tall in Coral Gables, Fla. overlooking an 18-hole golf course. Modeled after the Giralda Tower in Seville, Spain, this hotel sits two miles from the Village of Merrick Park Mall and Miracle Mile. Coconut Grove is three miles from the hotel. The property is six miles from Dadeland Mall.
- Hotel Features. The Palme d'Or provides guests the opportunity to create personalized menus from 20 tasting dishes and offers an extensive wine list. A French cuisine menu is served Tuesday through Saturday for dinners only. 1200 Restaurant and Courtyard specializes in seafood, Mediterranean appetizers, pastas and grilled meats in a courtyard setting amidst live music. Located within an immaculately landscaped courtyard and surrounded by cabanas sits the Biltmore Hotel-Coral Gables' 23,000-square-foot outdoor pool and 23-foot waterfall. Cardiovascular equipment, free weights and a variety of classes including yoga, body sculpting and Pilates are located in the fitness facility. The spa features facials, body wraps, aromatherapy, massages, pedicures and manicures. The hotel provides 34 meeting rooms totaling 76,000 square feet and a business center with fax machines, copy machines, word processors and high-speed Internet access.
