- Location. The multi-towered Hyatt Regency Atlanta Downtown, located in Atlanta, Ga., is the world's first contemporary atrium-style property. This hotel stands adjacent to the Peachtree Center Shopping Mall and is one mile from the Georgia World Congress Center. The lodging is connected directly to the MARTA light-rail station that provides access to local destinations.Hotel Features.
