The Sea Breeze Inn is located one block from Newport Sound, and two blocks from Keys Memorial Beach, in Hyannis, Mass. Shopping and dining venues are available on Main Street, one mile from the inn. Hy-Line Cruises, one mile from the inn, offers ferries and cruises to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. The Cape Cod Mall is one-and-one-half miles from the inn.This Victorian-style inn, built in 1905 and remodeled in 2006, offers views of Hyannis Harbor and Nantucket Sound. The garden features a gazebo, and a furnished widow's walk on the inn's roof provides harbor views. Complimentary, continental breakfasts are served each morning, including fruits, cereals, muffins, bagels and specialties such as Irish Scones. A computer station and complimentary wireless Internet access are available at the inn. Pets are not allowed at the property. Guestrooms are individually decorated and offer private bathrooms. Select units feature wrought-iron or canopy beds, and views of the gardens or the harbor. The Efficiency Cottage offers a refrigerator, a range and a microwave oven. All rooms feature cable television with 60 channels and telephones with complimentary local calls.
