- Location.The Lodge at Buckberry Creek is located in Gatlinburg, Tenn. Perched on 26 acres only two miles from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the lodge is close to Dixie Stampede and Dollywood, the musical dinner theater and amusement park respectively owned by country-music legend and local native Dolly Parton, and the upscale Tanger Five Oaks Mall, which adds to the area's 500-plus outlet stores.
- Hotel Features. The Lodge at Buckberry Creek recaptures the rustic elegance of upstate New York's famous Adirondack Mountains. Guests can enjoy special-event facilities, walking trails, catch-and-release trout fishing, and spa and health services. Before heading out to see the sights and breathe mountain air, travelers can enjoy the Lodge's continental breakfast and then dine on "refined mountain cuisine" either on the Lodge's deck or by the creek's rushing waters. So guests can keep up with the outside world, the Lodge provides wireless Internet access in public areas. Guests needing transportation can depend on the Lodge's two Pinzgauers, rare military vehicles that navigate over mountains and through forests. Additionally, the Lodge can hold up to 200 people for corporate retreats, family reunions and social events.
