  • Overview:

The School of the Holy Spirit Alumnae Association was established after the first batch of High School students graduated from the School of the Holy Spirit of Quezon City in year 1983.

From that year, all graduating students were inducted during their graduation day as members of the association, through the recitation of the SHSQC Alumnae Association Pledge:

  • THE SHSQC ALUMNAE ASSOCIATION PLEDGE
    • I, a graduate of the School of the Holy Spirit
    • of Quezon City, do hereby solemnly promise that I will
    • support the Alumnae Association.

    • I will continue to be loyal to my Alma Mater. I will live
    • my school motto, “Truth in Love”, wherever I may be.

    • Imbued with a living faith in the Triune God, I will promote
    • freedom, justice and peace and respect for human life
    • and dignity. I will manifest love and care for Mother Earth.
    • I will carry out selfless service to others especially to my
    • less fortunate and indigenous brothers and sisters in Christ.

    • I impose upon myself this voluntary obligation as an
    • alumna of the School of the Holy Spirit of Quezon City.
    • So help me God.

The SHSQCAA was revived with a working group of officers during the school's 25th year celebration in 2004. A group of graduates, representatives from all the different batches, were tapped to organize the Grand Alumnae Homecoming. During the program, the Search for the Outstanding Alumnae was also re-launched as The Paraclete Awards wherein outstanding graduates from the celebrating batches were given due recognition for excellent service in work and community.
