 River Park. We Are Within Walking Distance To All The

 Beds, Or A King Bed And A Sofa Bed, Or 2 Queens And 2
 Twins. These Rooms Are 432 Square Feet In Size And Are
 Very Comparable To Or Even Better Than A Suite. The
 Amenities Are The Same As Above But Also Include A
 Microwave, Iron And Board. These Rooms Also Feature A
 Private Balcony Overlooking The Yampa River With Park
 And Valley Views. All Of Our Units Are Equipped With A
 Microwave And Are Air Conditioned For The Summer
 Traveler. We Include A Daily Deluxe Continental
 Breakfast Year Round For Our Guests. We Are Rated
