- Location. The Sheraton Orlando Downtown Hotel borders Lake Ivanhoe, a five-acre park with playgrounds and jogging trails in Orlando, Fla. The property is within one-and-one-half miles of the Orlando Expo Centre, Amway Arena and Orlando Science Center. The Florida Citrus Bowl is three miles from the hotel and Winter Park Village is four miles away.
