Location. The Bienville House is located in the historic French Quarter of New Orleans, La. The excitement of Bourbon Street and the antiques and art galleries of Royal Street are just three blocks away, as are Jackson Square and Café Du Monde, where beignets and chicory coffee are served 24 hours daily.
Hotel Features. The Bienville House, originally a riverfront warehouse, was converted into a hotel in 1965. Hand-painted murals grace the walls of the lobby, designed to resemble a gracious French Quarter manor. Cookies and lemonade are served here each afternoon. Meeting rooms accommodating up to 100 people are available. The historic hotel features four sundecks, access to a nearby fitness center and a romantic tropical flagstone courtyard and pool. Pets are welcome here for a fee, and the hotel provides pet beds, a bowl and treats upon request.
