- Location. The Best Western King Charles Inn is centrally located in Charleston, S.C. The hotel is on Meeting Street in the historic district of Charleston across the street from a trolley stop. Attractions within one-half mile of the hotel include the Aquarium, Fort Sumter boat tour, Old Market and the Gibbes Museum of Art.
