    • Location. Located in downtown El Paso, Texas, the Camino Real Hotel El Paso is located across from the city's Museum of Art and Convention and Performing Arts Center. The University of Texas at El Paso is one mile from the hotel. A venture out of the country to Juarez, Mexico, is six blocks away. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from El Paso International Airport, just seven miles away.
    • Hotel Features. Regional Mexican cuisine is served in a casual dining atmosphere at Azulejos Restaurant. Fine dining options include the Dome Restaurant, where menus change seasonally. The Dome Bar provides live weekend jazz entertainment and a boasted selection of imported wines and beers. A total of 19 meeting rooms, ballrooms and conference areas with mezzanines hold over 36,000 square feet of capacity for events catering up to 1,300 guests. Also on site is a fully-furnished business center. Recreational activities include a heated outdoor pool and a health and fitness center. Secured underground parking is available.
    • Guestrooms. The Camino Real Hotel El Paso's classical decor guestrooms feature scenic views of the Franklin Mountains, El Paso's downtown area and the cityscapes of Juarez, Mexico.     • Expert Tip. This hotel was nicknamed "Showplace of the West" by spectators witnessing its grand opening in 1912. The hotel quickly became a favored place to watch the Mexican Revolution and Pancho Villa across the river. Today, it boasts the most photographed grand staircase in the Southwest and the famous original Tiffany cut glass dome, 25-feet in diameter, suspended from the ceiling of the Dome Bar.
